How to use the SSF Emitter
Follow the Okta documentation to set up a shared signals reciever.
This emitter is not yet configured to have a Well-Known URL so instead enter the Issuer and JWKS Url individually.

On the main configuration page, make sure to set the tenant name (without https://) and the exact user login or else you might get a Successful response without actually triggering a risk event.
